Heart and Vascular Center app for iPhone and iPad

The Heart and Vascular Center of West Tennessee mobile app allows our patients to interact with other patients as well as their healthcare providers. Users can create a profile, view current information about the clinic, and engage in community discussions. From the Contact page, users can choose the following categories for communicating with the clinic: Appointment Request, Medication Refill, Ask a Nurse, and Ask a Doctor.

**When searching for the Heart and Vascular App in the iTunes app store on an iPad, you must choose iPhone Only from the drop down menu next to the Cancel button on the search results page**

**You can create your new profile account from within the profile page or use your existing Facebook or twitter account information**
